Send the job over Telegram. Arisa gets to work.

Give Arisa supplier follow-ups, website work, SEO monitoring, and sales conversations backed by your company’s data.

You send Arisa three quotes. One leaves out the delivery date. Another does not say whether installation is included. The third gives a price that depends on an unspecified minimum order.

Arisa can talk to the suppliers on WhatsApp, ask for the missing details, and follow up. If one replies “it depends on the area,” it shares the location you authorized. If another suggests an alternative, it adds that option to the comparison. You return to the chat when there is something to decide.

Your request could look like this:

“Talk to these suppliers and find out the total cost and when they can do the work. You can answer questions about measurements and location. Check with me before accepting an offer or paying a deposit.”

You have handed over a job that takes several exchanges. Between your first message and the decision, people reply at different times, terms change, and new questions come up. Arisa can handle that follow-up.

Your website can be part of the conversation too

You are looking at your website on your phone and spot an outdated price. You ask Arisa to change it. Then you send a photo and ask for a page for a new service, matching the site’s design and including an inquiry form.

Arisa can work on the files, prepare a preview, and publish with your approval. It can also check that the published page responds and the form still works.

From the same chat, you can give it a longer assignment:

“Check Google Search Console to see which searches bring people to the website. Find pages that get impressions but few clicks, compare what they promise on Google with what visitors see, and suggest specific changes.”

With access to the console, Arisa can investigate queries and pages, edit content, and check the results later. Follow-up includes checking whether Google reflects the changes and separating improvements from results that still lack enough data.

You choose how much to delegate: review each proposal or authorize certain changes within a defined scope. A new sales section may need your approval; fixing a broken link may fall within the maintenance you have assigned.

A salesperson with access to your actual catalog

Imagine a distributor with millions of records covering products, inventory, prices, and compatibility. A customer writes on WhatsApp:

“I need a replacement for this part. I’ll send you a photo.”

Arisa can query the internal database, find candidates, and ask for the detail that distinguishes them. It might need the equipment model or a measurement. With that answer, it can run another query, check availability, and offer suitable options.

The conversation might continue with a question about quantity, delivery, or a cheaper alternative. Arisa can use company data throughout that exchange, within its permissions.

You can define specific sales rules: which price list to use, when to hand off to a person, and which discounts need approval. Your team receives the inquiry with the preliminary work done and the remaining questions identified.

A database of that size needs an appropriate integration. Queries should retrieve the relevant records for each request; nobody needs to paste millions of rows into a conversation.

It can reply with voice messages too

Some customers send voice messages and prefer to listen to the reply while they work.

Arisa can prepare the message, generate speech through Magnific’s MCP, and send it over WhatsApp. In a sales conversation, that lets it explain a difference between two products or ask for a measurement without making the customer read a long reply.

You can give it a style instruction:

“Reply with a short voice message. Explain which of the two options suits their needs and ask how many units they want. Send the product code in writing too, so they can copy it.”

For that job, Arisa combines database queries, the customer conversation, and audio generation. Each tool handles part of the result.

Give it work that keeps moving

With Arisa, you can assign work and set up routines across the services and processes you use: your website, WhatsApp conversations, an internal database, or tools available through MCP.

Start with a job that makes you return to the same issue several times. You might need to chase a reply, check availability, update and test a page, or review search results after a change.

The assignment can specify how far to proceed and when to come back to you:

“Handle inquiries about this product. Check prices and stock in the database, ask for missing details, and reply on WhatsApp. Send me the opportunities that are ready for a quote. If someone asks for something outside our sales terms, bring it to me before committing to an answer.”

Then you can get on with your day. Arisa has a defined job, tools to do it, and a specific point where it needs your decision.
